BE IT RESOLVED BC the hoard of Commissioners II that the City of Paducah give recognition to the fine I qualities of leadership and excellent character of the Hon. T. Ward Havely, mayor of the City of Lexington whose reputation as a loyal and efficient public servant was I:nown so well throu,-hout 'L}se State of I Kentucky, as well as to the many officials of other cities with whom he had come in contact. ?.tayo.r Havely was cnerally :monm to be t -e l�inr' of ran i -ilio nossccsod the ability and qualifications which are so essential it for the proper, efficient and orderly administration of municipal affairs, and the officials of this city ;loin with the officials of the City of Lexin`ton ani his numerous friends and acquaintances in acknowledging the great loss which has been sustained I' by reason of his passing. BE IT FURTIER RESOLVED that this resolution be spread upon the records of the City of Paducah, and that a copy be furnished the Board of Commissioners of the Cit; of Lexington, and the memi;ers of his family.
