SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of I;irs. ,r dy
Peyton in the sum of ;125.00 to be paid in cash, for the Purchase
o.f Lots Nos. 116, 117, 118, 119 and 120 in 210de 110. 11, located
at the Southwest corner of 5th & Elizabeth Streets in the City
of Paducah, Kentucky, ani the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and empov-eyed to execute, for and on ce'nalf of the
City of Paducah, a deed under Which said property shall be
conveyed ..,ith !'ovenant of especial :'arranty of Title, and subject
to any encroachments or defects which an accurate survey might
show.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
