HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 10, Page 809, No Ordinance NumberC All ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEIfICLES OP THE i SOUTH SIDE OF KENTUCKY AVENUE BET'+'SEEN 12TH AND 16TH STREET, AND PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF AND REPEALING ALL ORDIhTANCES IN CONFLICT HERM7ITH BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONIERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company or corporation to park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind on the South side of Kentucky ?venue between 12th and 16th Streets in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, on any day of the week for any purpose. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punishable by fine of not less than X1.00 nor more than .;25.00. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. SECTION 4.
