AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE TO �.
FRED LEVER OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED 011 LITTLE AVENUE, BEING
LOT NO. 14 IN BLOCK NO. 3, IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO DIECUTE A DEED OF
CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0184ISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Fred Lever
in the sum of 030.00 to be paid in cash, for the purchase of
Lot No. 14 in Block No. 3 on Little Avenue in the City of Paducah,
'Kentucky, and ttBe Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
empowered to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah,
a deed under which said property shall be conveyed with Covenant
'of Special hlarranty of Title and subject to any encroachments or
defects which an accurate survey might show.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
