AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE
C\j CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION PROVIDING FOR THE ZONING OF

CERTAIN PROPERTY FRONTING ON THE EAST SIDE OF 9TH STREET BETWEEN
0) BURNETT STREET AND TERRELL STREET, AS A BUSINESS DISTRICT

C\1THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY;

QSECTION 1.
QC; C, That upon the recommendation and request of the
City Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a resolution adopted by it on October 14, 1942, all of
the property fronting on the East side of 9th Street from the North
property line of Burnett Street to the South property line of
Terrell Street and running back to the center of the block, is
hereby declared to be a business district within the meaning of
the City Planning and Zoning Commission Law and to be used for
business purposes.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its a doption.
