AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE TO
L. C. DONALDSON OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON SOUTH 8TH STREET
AND KNOWN AS #515 SOUTH 8TH STREET IN TIE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING THE T,1AYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of L. C.
Donaldson in the sum of ;7500.00 to be paid in cash for the
purchase of certain property located on South 8th Strcet,
.and known as #515 South 8th Street in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
empoagered to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducahrp
a deed under which said property shall be conveyed with Covenant
of Special Warranty of Title and subject to any encroachments or
defects which an accurate survey might show.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
