It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation: to operate or cause to be operated upon the streets, alleys, sidewalk crossing: ol- other public ::ays of the City of Paducah any motor Vehicle while on its rims or -....en any tire of said motor vehicle entirely deflated. SECTION 3. I i Any person, firm or corporation violatinrl the provisions of i this ordnance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction in the City Court shall be fined in any sum not less than ,5.00 nori more than '20.00 for each offense.
