CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY

SECTIO" 1.
That the city of Paducah accept the offer of Virgil V.
',7ise in the sin of .,,75.00, P -'25.00 to be paid in cash and the balance
of -,50.00 to be paid in monthly installments cLf 225.00 each, for the
purchase of certain Property located on Adaris Street between 28th
Street and 29th Street, being Lot No. 10 in -locl.- 'To. 1, in the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, and the 1,'ayor and City Clcr!; are hereby
authorized and empowered to execute, for and on behalf of the City
of Paducah, a deed under which caid property shall be conveyed
with
Covenant of Special of Title and subject to any encroach-
ments or defects which an accurate survey mi -ht show.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance shall be in -full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
