HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 10, Page 750, No Ordinance Number1 CN LO �r 0 0) 00 750 / AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COT31IS3ION PROVIDING FOR THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN COLDNIAL HEIGHTS ADDITION FOR BUSINESS AND RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES, AS SET FORTH IN A RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COT31ISSI ON ON JUNE 2ND, 1942 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KEN`IUCKY: SECTION 1. That upon the recommendation and request of the City Planning and Zoning Commission as shcvm by its final report embodied in a resolution adopted by it on June 2nd, 1942, all of that portion of Lots Nos. 120, 121, and 122 in Colonial Heights Addition lying South of the South right-of-way line of the Paducah and Illinois Railroad Company; also all of the property bounded on the Northeast by 32nd Street; on the Northwest by Central Avenue; on the South by the North right-of-way line of the Paducah & Illinois Railroad; and on the Southeast by Harrison Street, is hereby declared to be a business and residential district within the meaning of the City Planninm and Zoning Commission Law and may be used for both business and residential purposes. SEC TION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
