BURTON OF LOT 9 IN BLOCK "E" NAUHEI1416 I ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH; AND ALSO THE SALT. AND CONVEYANCE TIU I ROSCOE MEADOWS OF LOT 17 IN BLOCK "E", NAUHEIMIS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH; AND AUT[-IORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE DEEDS OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY P OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY - SEC TI ON 1. That the City of Paducah accept the offer of J. J. Greenwade, Arthur Maple, Dr. C.W.Dawson, Thomas Massie and L. D. Matthews, I 1 Trustees of the Washington Street Baptist Church in the sum of Fifty-five & 94/100 ('55.94) Dollars for the purchase of a certain lot or parcel of ground owned by the City of Paducah and located on the South side of I,ashington Street between 7th and 8th Streets, and known as Lot No. 8 in Block 32, Addition "B" to the City of Paducah; also the offer of 1.11. Burton in the sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars for the purchase of L t No. 9 in Block "E° of T?auhe±mf s � Addition to the City of Paducah, Kentucky; and also the offer of i Roscoe Meadows in the sum of Fifty ($50.00)for the purchase of Lot No. 17 in Plock "E" of Nauheim's Addition to the City of Paducah; and upon payment of the purchase price in cash, the Mayor i and City Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered to execute, i, for and on behalf of the City of.Paducah, deeds under which said property shall be conveyed with covenant of special warranty of title and subject to any encroachments and defects which an accurate survey might show. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from I' I and after its adoption.
