HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 10, Page 742, No Ordinance Number742 AN ORDINANCE DECLARING 4TH STREET FROM THE NORTH SIDE OF CLARK STREET TO THE M UTH SDDE OF HUSBANDS STREET TO BE A BOULEVARD, REGULATING THE SAI -IE, AND RZESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; SECTION 1. That Fourth Street from the North side of the intersection I at Clark Street Southwardly to the South side of the street line or intersection of Husbands Street be, and the same is hereby declared to be a boulevard, and all vehicles of every kind approaching said street or boulevard at the intersections of the same shall come to a complete stop before proceeding to enter or cross said street or boulevard. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fines not less than {;.5.00 nor more thab $20.00 for each violation thereof. SECTION 3. All ordinances and :parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. SECTION 4. ,I This ordinance shall be in.full force and effect from and after its adoption.
