AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING TLE SALE AND CONVEYANCE
TO M. BURTON OF LOTS NOS. 5 AND 6 IN BLOCK "E" LOCATED ON FLORA
STREET IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZING TIIE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COPMTiISSIONERS
OF THE CIT OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of
M. Burton in the sum of '50.00 to be paid in cash for the pur-
chase of Lots Nos 5 and 6 in Block "E" located on Flora Street in
the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized and empowered to execute, for and on behalf of
the City of Paducah, a deed under which said property shall be
conveyed with Covenant of Special SJarranty of Title and subject
to any encroachments or defects which an accurate survey might
show.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
