BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON JANUARY 18TH, 1934
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
y SECTION 1.

That Section 2 of an ordinance entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE RATES OF PAY OF THE WHARFMASTER ADM
WEIGH1,1ASTER OR KEEPER OF THE CITY SCALES", which was adopted by the;
Board of Commissioners on January 18th, 1934, be and the same is
hereby amended so that said section as amended shall read as
,follows:
"SECTION 2. The 'Neighmaster or keeper of the City Scales
shall pay to the City Treasurer on the last day of each month the
amount of the fees and other charges collected by him during the
month, and shall make a written report of all collections of every
kind made by him. The salary of the ',:'eighmaster or keeper of the
City Scales shall be Sixty ({$60.00) llollars per month, beginning
May 1st, 1942, said salary to be paid to him in the same manner
and at the same time as other employees if the city are paid."

SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
'herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
