BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF r01,1:1I.;SIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KE-1.TUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of' ':7. h. itancil
in the sum of p'160.00 for the purchase of a certain lot or parcel

of land located on Jackson Street between 27th and 28th Streets,
the sum of ;x100.00 to be paid in cash and the balance in the sum
of .60.00 to be paid in sixty days, and the 1,:ayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and empowered to execute, for and on behalf
of the City of Paducah, a deed under which said property shall be

conveyed with covenant of 3cecial Jarranty of title and subject
to any defects which an accurate survey mi -ht show.
SEC TIOI4 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
sand after its adoption.
