AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE TO
C, W. BERRY OF LOT PIO. 9 AND THE ADJOINING OAIE-HALF OF LOT NO. 8
IN BLOCK NO. I, ADD"ITION "R" TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
AND AUTHORIZING TRE J,1NYOR AND. CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF
CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY '

SECTION 1.

That the City of Paducah accept the offer of ?irs. C,W.Berry
in the sum of 1650.00 for theurc ,
A base of Lot No. 9 and the
adjoining one-half of Lot No. 8, in Block No. I Addition
and known as 1207 South 7th Street in the City of Paducah,

Kentucky, same to be paid $350.00 in cash upon the delivery of
the deed, and the balance in monthly installments of x25.00 each
with interest on the deferred payments at 6" per annum until paid,
and the ';layor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered
to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, a deed
