AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE AND CONVEYANCE CO
THOMAS ARNOLD OF LOT NO. 3 IN BLOCK N0. 2, QUARLES ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND AUTHORIZI:NIG THE mAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED OF CONVEYANCE TO SAID PROPERTY

CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: j

SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept the offer of Thomas Arnold
in the sum of $100.00 in cash for the purchase of Lot No. 3 in
Block No. 2 in what is kno:^m as Quarles Addition to the "ity of

Paducah, Kentucky, as shown by Plat of said addition of record
in Plat Book "A pa3e 107, in the McCracken County Court Qlerk's
Office, and the "ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
em_)o,.,aered to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, i
a decd under which said property shall be conveyed •„,ith Covenant
of Special Warranty of Title and subject to any encroachment or
defects which an accurate survey mio-ht show.

SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
