That the City of Paducah accept from the Paducah Ai --wort
Corporation a deed of conveyance to three .(.3) additional tracts of
land, the same to be held and o'.:,ned by the City of Paducah and t' -Ie
County of McCracken jointly P'or use in the development of a new
=airport in conjLnction cath the Civil Aeronautics Authority of the
United States Department of Commerce, said tracts of land bein.- In
all respects the s.a:ie lands conveyed to the Paducah Airport
l'or_hora.tio_;. by w. C. Sarver and .-is rife, :7anda Lee Sarver,
