Public Accountants for the au.ditih of all accounts of the City of
Paducah for the ,year 1941, and it appearin, that the bid of Yeager

be, and they are hereby employed to -ra`;e an audit of the accounts
iand affairs of the City of Paducah, Centucky, for the year 1941 in
accordance with their written proposal for the price of -':1800.00,
and the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into and si n
Ia contract ;;ith said public accountants :for the preparation of
, said audit. Said Contract shall provide for the preparation of
an audit in compliance n:ith all of the provisions of Section
3235dd-39 of the Kentucky Statutes, and said auditors shall
furnish to the,rtity in pamphlet form 130 copies of said audit,
one (1) to be published in the of-'icial news•raPer, and a copy
to be available to each voter who :may apply for sane at the office

of the City '-'ana,er. Said contract shall also provide for the

the City Treasurer.

of the °card of Commissioners and remain on file for not less than
