on the 25th day of September, 1928, it eras provided that the

Sh?EREAS, Kentucky Utilities Company/ has offered to pay to

the City of Paducah the sum of ';1956.60 in full settlement and
dischar`;e of any and all liability of Kentucky Utilities Company
under any street li--htin-j contract e.:istin- between the Company
,nd the City prior to the contract dated Au,-ust 30, 190, and
inclu.din; specifically the reco_-nition on the part of tae city
that it has no further r.1 --ht, title or interest in or to any
facilities or equipment constitutin any part of the street

SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah accept from Kentucky Utii-n ties

and the City Clerk are hereby authorized for and on b ehalf of the
City of Paducah to execute and deliver to Kentucky Utilities Company
an instrument in writine- expressly i
