OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC :PION 1.
That for and in consideration of the sale and conveyance
to the City of Paducah, Kentucky, and the County of I:".cCracken,

State of Kentucky, by the Paducah Airport Corporation of 12 tracts
of land located on U. S. HiZhway iTo. 60 for use in the development
and establishment of a new airport in conjunction with the Civil
Aeronautics Authority of the United States Department of Commerce,
the Mayor of the City of Paducah and the City Clerk are hereby

authorized and empowered, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah,
to execute and deliver to the Paducah Airport Corporation a deed of
conveyance to the present municipal airport site, being a certain
tract of land containin fifty (50) acres, more or less, located on
the Coleman Road in If.cCracken County, Kentucky.
SECTION 2.

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
