CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Plannin„ and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on Se:)tember 23, 1941,
centain property on both sides of Adams Street from the '.Gest
boundaty of existing; business area on 28th Street to the East
boundary line of 29th Street, depth of zone on the North side
of Adams Street extending back 150 feet, and the depth of the
zone on the South side of Adams Street extending back 282.5
feet, is hereby zoned for use as a business district within the
meaning of the City PlanninZ and Zonin Law.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adootion.
