AN ORDINANCE FURTHER REGULATING THE SALE AND DISTRIBUTION�,P/
OF MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C01M.'ISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the rules and regulations of the State Board of
Health of Kentucky as adopted and published by it under Sections
2047a-1, 2049, 2050, 2054, 2060a -b and 206la-25 pertaining to the
Milk Control Work and United States Public Health Service Milk Code
effective in the year 1941, or which may become effective in future
years through the adoption of a new code or any amendments thereto
shall be hereafter used in the interpretation and enforcement
of all Milk Ordinances, Rules and Regulations pertaining to the
sale, distribution and control of milk and milk products in the
City of Paducah, and same are hereby adopted by the Board of
Commissioners.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
