are hereb7 authorized to exacrts for and on behalf of salt city, a
proper. 9nsbr,,rment of assl7nnent of Its bids for said property.
Provided, however, the purchaser shall be required to assume and pqy
anY lawfully levied and collectible taxes which may not have been
paid out of M proceeds or the sale hold pursuant to the aforesaid
judcments.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
