That the City of Paducah, Kentucky, jointly w1th LicCracken County, Kentucky, provide the hereinafter described tract of land, or so much thereof' as may be required for acceptance as an airnortl site, which said tract of -round has been approved for developments by the Civil Aeronautics Adrrinistration.
