That the City of Paarcah accept the offer of 'iarry Conner in the sum of `.2OO.00 for the purchase of its bia for a certain lot or parcel of land located on Kentucky Avenue between 31st Street and laple Street, being Lot no. 7 in 3lock To. 9, which property was bon7ht in by the City at a Commissioners sale held on April 14, 1941, pursuant to a judgment rendered under Amended Petition No. 421 in the nos. L. o. Davis ranch, of the suit instituted by t,e City of Yadu.cah against J. Fort Abell, e t al and the vayor and City Clark are hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of said cf t7, a proper instrument of assi7nment of its bid for said property. Provided, however, the purchaser shall be reari.red to assume and pad -any lawfully levied and collectable taxes W ch nay not have been paid out of the droveeds of the sale held pimsnant to the aforesaid judgment.
