Commissioners in the year 1930, the City of Paducah became the
owner of a system of watorworks and has since been operatinZ said

Mat from Lie date that this Resolution goes into effect,
the roard of Commissioners declares as its policy to refuse, wlthou
exception in any case, the ]ranting to non-residents the privile^e`
of connecting their lines with the water mains owned b• the City,
or with the lines previously installed by other non-residents, and

the City shall not hereafter approve the supplyin3 of water service(
to any person, firm or corporation or for any purpose whatsoever
outside the corporate limits of the City. Provided, however,
notninZ in this resolution shall operate to vitiate or abroate
a7reement
any noir in force wherein persons residing outside the

SECTION 2.
That the City Cleric be requested to furnish a cor tiff ed I
copy of bis Resolution to the Commissioners of the Pad"cah aster
