A. MILLER MASTER COMMISSIONER, AND RLSO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION BY THE CITY. OF PADUCAH OF AN ASSIGNMIENT OF BID TO P. E. GROGAN IN CERTAIN OTHER PROPERTY PURCHASED AT SAID TAX SALES: PRESCRIBING THE TERP:LS AND CONDITIONS UNDER VMICH SAID PROPERTY SHALL BE SOLD, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERI{ TO EXECUTE PROPER INSTRUMENTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF CARRYING THIS ORDINANCE INTO EFFECT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMTi+IISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the offer of Jake Rosenfield and Joe Rosenfield in the sum Of Sixteen Hundred 8: Fifty (41650.00) Dollars for the purchase of certain property fronting on the North side of Broadway between 7th Street and 9th Street, having a frontage of 58 feet 3 inches and running back for depth 165 feet, and beginning 118 feet 3 inches fron 9th Street be accepted, and the 1,,4ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered tb execute for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, a deed of conveyance to the said Jake Rosenfield and Joe Rosenfield, conveying the aforesaid property to them with covenant of Special +arranty of Title, and subject to any tax liens of the State of Kentucky and County of P+IcCracken which were not extinguished thehes ale of said property held by T.A.Miller, Master Commissioner Ander judgment of the Court entered in the action of City of Paducah vs. J. Fort Abell, et al (Mss. M.D.Powell Branch) under Amended Petition #210. SECTION 2. That the offer of P.E.Grogan for the assignment by the City of Paducah of its bid and purchase in and to certain property located at 926 Park Avenue be accepted, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah as Assignment of its bid to said property.
