AN ORII NANCE AMENDING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED, "AN ORDINANCE
CREATING AN ADDITIONAL RULE OR PROCEDURE OF THE BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS", VJHICII WAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, ON MARCH 2, 1936
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING AN
ADDITIONAL RULE OF PROCEDURE OF THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS", which
was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on ,March 2, 1936, be
amended so that said ordinance as amended and re -ordained will read
as follows:
"Section 1 - That before any ordinance shall be presented
to the board of commissioners at any regular or special meeting,
a legible copy of such ordinance shall be furnished to each member
of said board at least 24 hours before the meeting at which the
same is to be introduced, and unless the copy of such ordinance
is so furnished to each member of the Board of Commissioners as
herein provided, it shall not be considered thereat except by
unanimous agreement of the members of said Board.
"That before any resolution or motion shall be presented
to the Board of Commissioners for consideration at any regular or
special meeting, a copy of such resolution or motion shall be
furnished to each member of the Board of Commissioners, and unless
a copy thereof has been so furnished to all of the members of said
Board of Commissioners prior to the convening of said meeting, such
resolution or motion shall not be considered thereat, except by a
unanimous agreement of the members of said board
SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall be in 6111 force and effect from
and after its adoption.
