AND STEIN BROS. & BOYCE OF LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF CONII:IISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the attached statement of James P. Smith, City
"anager, dated November 1st, 1940, and in which statement he
reports to the Board of Commissioners the sale of $150,000.00
Municipal Hospital 3-3f4% Revenue Bonds to Bankers Bond Company
and Stein Bros & Boyce of Louisville, Kentucky, be received and
filed with the official records of the city.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its ad) ption.
