That Section 4 of an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINAi?CE' PROVIDING FOR THE CLASSIFYING AND LICENSING OF VEHICLES PLYING THE STREETS OF 'JEE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, A11D Pi ESCHIBING A Pl:NALTSf FOR VIOLvTION OF SAID ORDII:ANCE", BE AND Tk!L SA�,;k IS "LHEBY amended so that said Section as so amended shall read as follows: A, vrk N I D E D "Section 4. Any person, corporation or company acquirin ,f a motor vehicle after the first day of Ycbruary shall pay the oro -rata portion of the license tax, but in no event shall such license tar. be for a less period of time than six (6) months and if such license is c, 2 not procured . ithin thirty (30) days after accuirin- such motor vehicle there shall also be added to s uch license tax a penalty of Ten (10;<;) per centum thereof; and any and all such persons, firms companies or cor-)orations paying or offering to pap such license tax after the same have been d elino_uent as herein provided shall pays aid ten (10;) per cent penalty thereof. Possession of a State license of license tax shall be conclusive evidence of ownership and operation of any automobile coming under the provisions of this ordinance. "It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation or com- pany to transfer from one motor vehicle to another any license i issued pursuant to the provisions of this ordinance, and whenever ! any motor vehicle Sbr which a license has been issued changes oi=rship such license shall remain on said motor vehicle as a part thereo" until the expiration of the ,year in which the same was issued." � I SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here with, are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
