At the request of the City t,.ana,er, the office of City i License Inspector is abolished, and the City Alcoholic Beverage Administrator is hereby authorized and empowered to supervise the i collection of all delinquent licenses Niue the City of Paducah. '.3e shall have complete char;e and control of the collection of delinquent licenses and it shall be his duty to furnish the chief of Police with a list showinS the names of all persons, firms and corporations who have failed to nay said license fees when t',e same became due, and at his direction or the direction of the City ',Lana-er, the Chief of Police, with the assistance of any subordinate to ch om such duties are assiSned, shall faire appropriate action for the collection of said delinquent license fees. He shall not receive any,salary in addition to the amount which is payable to him for his services as city Alcoholic Beverage Administrator. I SECTION 2. The City Alcoholic Beverage Administrator shall be an employee of the Finance Department of the City of Paducah. He j shall not have power to make arrests or to perform any duties required of a policeman in the enforcement of license ordinances of the city. The bond executed by him as City Alcoholic Be,,era_-e i Administrator shall also provide for the faithful performance of his duties in the collection of all delinquent licenses and a i satisfactory accountin-, of all monies received and disbursed by I him. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed SECTION 4.
