HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 10, Page 320, No Ordinance NumberPage 32 AN ORDINANCE DECLARING NORTH SIXTH STREET FROM THE NORTH SIDE OF JEFFERSON STREET TO THE NORTH SIDE OF TRIMBLE STREET OR PARK AVENUE, TO BE A BOULEVARD AND REGULATING THE SAME AND PRESCRIBING THE PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIrMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That North Sixth Street, from the North line of Jefferson Street to the North line of Trimble Street or Pain Avenue, is hereby declared to be a boulevard, and all vehicles of every kind approaching said street at the intersections of Lonroe Street, Madison Street, Harrison Street, Clay Street and Trimble Street or Park Avenue, shall come to a complete stop before proceeding to enter or cross said street. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation violating the Provisions of this ordinance shall b e fined not less than $5.00 nor more than $20.00. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
