AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER, FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
KENTUCKY, A DEED TO MWS. ALINE LIVINGSTON FOR SALE OF LOT NO. 1
IN BLOCK "W" AS SHO[N ON THE 2LAT OF T[ -IE LANDS OF 'TfiE AVONDALE
HEIGHTS COMPANY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:-,,
SECTION 1.
That in consideration of the sum of Four Hundred
($400.00) Dollars to be paid to the City of Paducah in
cash for the use and benefit of the Paducah Plater Works,
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and empowered
to execute for and on behalf bf the City of Paducah a deed
to Mrs. Aline Livingston for the sale of Lot No. 1 in Block
"W" as shown on the plat of the lands of Avondale Heights
Company located at the intersection of 34th and Jefferson
Streets in Paducah, Kentucky, the same to be conveyed to
idirs. Aline Livingston subject to the stgtutory mortgage lien
created thereon under an ordinance heretofore adopted by
the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, t`entucky,
authorizing the issuance of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand
1'(2,400,000) 4h% water works bonds as will be shown in Ordinance
iBook No. 9 at page 595 of the records of the City of Paducah,
i; Kentucky.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
