A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH
ITS THANKS TO MRS. JETTIE WEIL HOBSON, MISS LILLIE HOBSON AND 14ISS
. ROSEBUD HOBSON FOR DONATING TO THE CITY THE GROUP PHOTOGRAPH OF
MEYER WEIL AND THE MEMBERS OF HIS COUNCIL IN THE YEAR 1879, AND
DIRECTING THAT SAID PHOTOGRAPH BE PER1JANENTLY INSTALLED IN qH`E
COMMISSIONERS CHAMBER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COT81ISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the Mayor and the members of the Board of
Commissioners are deeply grateful to Mrs. Jettie Weil Hobson,
Miss Lillie Hobson and Miss Rosebud Hobson for donating to the
city the group photograph of Merer Weil and the members of his
council in the year 1879 and that said photograph be permanently
installed in the Commissioners' Chamber of the City of Paducah. As
a means of expressing to them our appreciation for their generosity
the Mayor is requested to errite a le tter of thanks toe ach and
enclose a copy of this resolution.
SECTION 2.
This resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
