A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY,
TO FILE AN APPLICATION WITH RECONSTRUCTION FINANCE CORPORATION
FOR A LOAN TO AID IN FINANCING THE CONSTRUCTION OR REBUILDING AOL

PART OF HOSPITAL AND DESIGNATING JAMES P. SMITH, CITY MANAGER
TO FURNISH SUCH INFORMATION AS RECONSTRUCTION FINANCE CORPORATION
MAY REQUEST
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That James P. Smith, City Manager, be and he is authorized
to execute and file an application on behalf of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, with Reconstruction Finance Corporation for a loan to
aid in financing the construction of an addition to east side of
the new wing of the Riverside Hospital,-
SECTION 2.
That James P. Smith, City Manager, be and he is :Hereby
authorized and directed to furnish such information as Reconstruction
Finance Corporation may reasonably request in connection with the
application w hick is herein authorized to be filed.
SECTION 3.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
