SECTION 1,
That in consideration of the sum of :'145.00 to be I

City of Paducah in cash, the L:ayor and City Clerk be authorized to
execute for and on behalf of the City of Paducah a deed to K.
i.:ontgomery for the sale of that certain lot conveyed to the City

dated December 1, 1939, and of -record in Commissioners, Deed Book

said lot lying 100 feet from the ,,orth E"st corner of G�lst and
it Adams Streets, and havin_° a uniform width of 47feat and extendinl-
back 165 feet to an alley, and the 1.:ayor and City Clerk are hereby!
em)owered to acicnowledc�e said deed as herein authorized.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
