n.;nended so that said Sections 1 and 2 as amended shall reas as follo"ss:
"Section 1 - Inat it shall hereafter be uilawful for any porson

or persons, individual or individuals, cor)oration or corporations
company or companies residin in the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
to use or operate any automobile or mol -or vehicle for pleasure, hire
or business,rrithin the limits of the City of Paducah, w* thout'first
i
'laving obtained a license to use and operate the same and paid the
nedessary license fee thereof, as hereinafter ;)rovided. Stich license
shall also be regi.ired of all persons, individuals, corporations or

companies residing outside of the City Limits and ormims and operating
or causin.-; to be operated any autor;obile or motor vehicle upon and
over the streets thereof in connection with a business con.ucted,
or resular occupation i'ollov!ed rrit'lin the c ity limits, or as a mean
of conve--ance to and from a position, job, or labor for which

remuneration is received from such business or occupation in said
city.
"Section 2 - Each and every suc}a person, corporation or compang

in3 or operatin a motor vehicle in the City of Paducah, shall
Q_- immediately upon the acquirement thereof, make application to the
�GGvw City 'Treasurer of the City of Paducah for licensing thereof, and

•� scall Furnish to said city Treasurer the name and address of the �
ol ner thereof, the name of the i.oS;or vehicle, the capacity or
tonnage ratinL thereof, and the number of the license furnished
said owner by the State of Kentuckt."
All license fees coll:_cted from non-resident operators of
auto.iiobiles and motor ve'ricles under the provisions of t'::is
ordin^,nce shall be used by the C9.ty of Paducah for czarit^.Lle pur-
,oses and for the m cinienanco of fno Public 'iesilt': C) i t :ent of
said city.

The first license issued to such non-resident operators
of autoRobiles and motor vehicles shall be for a period of five

(5) nonths boZinninS Au;ust 1st, 1910, the license fees boin; in

the sa:e accounts now chargable to all resident operators for an
i
Ilentire year, and said licenses sha.l thereafter be issued,

beZinning January 1st, 1941, for the same period of time as all
I

Mother licenses of said city are issued.
SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
ii aro to the extent of such conflict hereby r epealed.

SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect i'rom and
