;I which was adopted by the Board of Cormnissioners of the City of
Paducah on Yay 14, 1940, be and the same is hereby amended so
that said Section as amended shall read as follows:

"Section 4. Every applicant for a license under Sections
5 and o of this ordinance shall submit ,,ith his application a bond
-rd the City of Pad,.Tcah and the Commonwealth of Kentuc' J in the peril

sum of '1300.00, with either corporate or p•rsonal mirety a;»roved�
by the City Administrator, conditioned that such applicant, if
;ranted tho license sou --ht, will not suffer or Permit any violation
of this ordinance, or of the Alcoholic :'L'•everago Control Law, I

such violations. Said bond as to form and substance shall be

identical with that executed by applicant for stato license as
j required under Section 18 of the aforesaid Act of t -he General
Assembly of the Commonwealth of _entucky, adopted at its regular
session in 1934, and ref'er.red to and "o nated as the "Alcoholic
Beverage Control Law."
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
