and upon certain steps beinZ taken by the City to convey to the
City certain property for flood wall purposes, and,

contract in its form, and,

requesting and requiring closure worts through the wall at a
pr -par and conveniont point, and that the plans of the Engineers
so provide,

That the City :Ana3er of the City of Paducah is =thorized
and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of --ty of
Paducah and to take all steps necessary to conswunate the
acquiring of the property as therein contemplated.

This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
