ADDITiO t TO AND I1,:PROVEPrilsN1T OF THE RIVERSIDE HOSPITAL
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COKYISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADU'CAFI, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That James P. Smith, City Y;anager, be and he is hereby
authorized to submit on behalf of the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
to the United States of America, through any Federal Agency
established and authorized to expend public funds in aid of
construction and equipment of city or public hospitals, an
application for the construction of an addition to and the
Iimir ovement of the neva Riverside hospital, such construction and
inprovement to b e made in accordance with the plans, specifications
and estimate of cost prepared by G. Tandy Smith, Architect.
That the City L`:anager be also authroized and directed to
furnish such other information as the United States of America
may reasonably require in connection with the making and completion
of such application for the construction of an addition to the
Riverside Hospital, and to sign on behalf of the City of Paducah
,any and all documents required in connection therewith.
SECTION 2.
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
