. AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PIAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A DEED FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF PADUCAII TO RALPH
W. E. 14YERHOLTZ FOR SALE OF THAT PART OF TRACT #22 IN SECTION
"B" OF THE PADUCAH FLOODWALL RIGHT OF WAY WHICH IS NOT REQUIRED
TO BE USED FOR SUCH PURPOSE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That in consideration of the sum of X413.50 to be paid to the
City of Paducah in cash, the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized
to execute for and on behalf of the city of Paducah a deed to
Ralph W.E.Myerholtz for that portion of Tract No. 22 of Section
"B" of the Paducah Floodwall right of way which is not required
for that purpose, said deed to contain a provision under which
the City of Paducah will reserve all rights proper, necessary
or convenient for the purpose of constructing its system of
Flood Protective Works through said property; and the Mayor and
city Clerk are hereby empowered to acknowledge said deed as
herein authorized.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
