That the five tracts or parcels of land heretofore conveyedl� to the City of Paducah, the same :.eing more particularly describea�,_,-. I in a resolution adopted by the Boerd of Commissioners on July13th] 1939, be and the same are hereby dedicated for use as a munic'_pal golf course to be known as The Paxton Park and there is hereby created a City Recreational Commission to be knownas the Paducah Golf ComIssion to operate, manage and control said municipal golf course. The Paducah Golf Commission shall consist of theee members who shall be appointed by the T^ayor with the approval Page 216 17 of a majora.ty of the members of the Board of Commissioners, and 1 they shall have the qualifications, terms of office, po.,rers and duties as prescribed by the provisions of the aforesaid Act under I which the Creation of such recreational commission is authorized. i SECTION 2. ii The entire expense for the establishment, maintenance and i operation of the Municipal golf course shall be paid out of the revenues derived from said project, and the Paducah Golf Course Commission shall adopt such rules, regulations and by-laws as they may deem advisable for the collection of fees for the use of or the adr:izsion to said golf course, and for the expenditure and handlingi, of funds necessary for the efficient, orderly and exonomic operat'_ of said nroject. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewit�i I are, to the extent of such conflict hereby repealed. I SECTIO\ 4.
