ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE1ITH" 'NHICH PIAS ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ON FEBRUARY 13th, 1940. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI',TMISSIONERS 9 THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1.
