HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 10, Page 1540, No Ordinance Number1540X AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE EAST SIDE OF NORTH FIFTH STREET BETWEEN JEFFERSON AND MONROE STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND FIXING THE PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION THEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CIT( OF TADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful, except from June 1st to September 1st of each year, for any person to park a vehicle of any kind longer than ten (10) minutes between the hours of 1:00 o'clock P.M., amd 4:00 o'clock P.M., on Monday through Friday within that space on the east side of North Fifth Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, beginning at the Southeast corner of the intersection of Fifth and Monroe Streets and extending southwardly along the east side of North Fifth Street a distance of 231.67 feet toward Jefferson Street. SEC TION 2. Any person violation -the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than One ($1.00) Dollar nor more than Twenty-five (.$25.00) Dollars. SEC TION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 4.
