AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF
LOTS 13, 14, 15 & 16 IN BLOCK "J" LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE
OF MONROE STREETS BETWEEN 24TH AND 25TH STREETS IN THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, WHICH WAS ACCEPTED by THE CITY PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION BY ITS FINAL REPORT EMBODIED IN A RESOLUTION
ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 26, 1946
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on November 26, 1946,
the plat of the subdivision of Lots 13, 14, 15 & 16 in Block "J"
located on the South side of Monroe Street between 24th and 25th
Streets, be and the same is hereby approved.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
