AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF
• LOTS 17, 18 & 19 IN BLOCK 1 LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF JACKSON
STREET BETWEEN 21ST AND 23RD STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH
KENTUCKY, WHICH WAS ACCEPTED BY THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING
COMSISSION.BY ITS FINAL REPORT EMBODIED IN A RESOLUTION
ADOPTED ON NOVEMBER 26, 1946.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONLRS OF THE CITY
OF PADICAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on November 26, 1946,
the plat of the subdivision of Lots 17, 18 & 19 in block 1
located on the South side of Jackson Street between 21st and
23rd Streets, be and the same is hereby approved.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
