A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE E?ECUTION OF A CONTRACT
WITH FEDERAL WORKS AGENCY RELATING TO AN ADVANCE .OF
PUBLIC FUNDS FOR THE PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR SEWER
FACILITIES
BE IT RESOLVE BY THE BOARD OF COMTISSIONTRS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION ONE
That Wayne C. Seaton, payor of the City of Paducah, be and
he is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City a con-
tract with Federal 17orks Agency, Bureau of Community Facilities,
known as ECF Form 405, "Agreement and Public Voucher for Advance",
and relating to the advance of public funds to defray the cost
of plan preparation relating to intercepting sewers and a new
sewage disposal plant in Paducah, said advance to be in the sum
of ;;40,000.00, and said contract being made pursuant to Applicatior.
No. Ky. 15-P-141, and requiring the City, upon receipt of
the gdvance, to complete the plan preparation and to repay such
advance when required in accordance with the regulations of the
Bureau of Community Facilities dated January 1, 1946.

adoption.
