A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT
WITH FEDERAL 71ORKS AGENCY RELATING TO AN ADVANCE OF
PUELIC FUNDS FOR THE PREPARATION OF' PLAN] i'OR STORM'
RELIEF SEWERS
LE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION ONE
That '.ayne C. Seaton, Mayor of the City of Paducah, be
and he is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City
a contract with Federal Works Agency, Bureau of Community
Facilities, known as BCF Form 405, "Agreement and Public
Voucher for Advance", and relating to the advance of public
funds to defray the cost of plan preparation relating to in-
tercepting seriers and a new sewage disposal plant in Paducah
said advance to be in the sum of N14,000.00, and said contract
being made pursuant to Application No. Ky. 15-P-142, and re-
quiring the City, upon the receipt of the advance, to complete
the plan preparation and to repay such when required in accord-
ance with the regulations of the Bureau of Community Facilities
dated January 1, 1946.
SECTION TWO
This Resolution shall be in full force from and after its
adoption.
