AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF A
LOT LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 9TH AND JEFF'ERJON STREETS
IN THE CITY OF PADUCAIi, KENTUCKY, WHICH WAS ACCEPTED by THE CITY
PLANNING AND ZONING COWN1133ION BY ITS FINAL REPORT EMBODIED IN A
RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON OCTOBER 28th, 1946
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF' COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown by its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on October 28th, 1946,
the plat of the subdivision of a lot at tike Northeast corner
of 9th and Jefferson Streets, be and the same is hereby approved.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
