AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PLAT OF TH2 SUEDIVISION OF
PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 8TH AND FINLEY STREETS
IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, ICENTUCKY, 'A'HICH 'NAS ACCEPTED BY THE
CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION BY ITS FINAL REPORT ErzODIED
IN A RESOLUTION ADOPTED ON SEPTET -TE 't 20th,.1946
BE IT ORDAINED LY THE 60ARD OF COMMI33IONURS OF' THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SEC TION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Planning and Zoning Commission as shown b✓ its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on September 20, 1946,
the plat of the subdivision of property located at the P;ortheast
corner of 8th and Finley Streets, be and the same is hereby
approbed.
SECTION 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from.
and after its adoption.
